Shipping & Returns

By placing an order through the Surprise Attack Records webstore you are hereby agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

SHIPPING:

- We only ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Shipping prices are generated directly from the USPS server based on the weight of your package, packing materials, and the shipping class you select.
- Estimated shipping times for all U.S. orders are 1-2 weeks (depending on the type of delivery you select), many times sooner.
- Estimated shipping times for orders outside of the U.S. are generally 2-3 weeks.
- All orders are shipped within a few days of when they are placed. We are at the post office several times a week mailing out your orders. Please be patient and do not fear as we are on top of our game.
- YOU are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
- We are not responsible if your order does not make it to you (especially outside of the US). Once it is in the mail it is out of our hands. Refunds will not be given for orders claimed to have not arrived.
- If you would like to add delivery confirmation or insurance to your order please specify in the "comments" section upon checkout. Additional fees will apply.

PAYMENT:

- We accept PAYPAL, Money Orders, and well hidden cash (note: we can not be held responsible if you send cash and it does not make it to us, send at your own risk).
- DO NOT select "Cash / Money Order" if you do not plan on mailing in a payment. Quit wasting my fucking time with this. I will blacklist your name and never ship you an order if you do this. It is happening way too often.
- We DO NOT under any circumstances accept personal checks.
- We also reserve the right to refuse orders from any customer at any time that we feel may be making a fraudulent order.

RETURNS:

- If your package was damaged during shipping please contact us.
- If something is defective please contact us first.
- Only unopened CDs may be returned.
- Exchanges or store credit will be given for all returns, NO REFUNDS.
