- Please send only reasonable questions and concerns. If you just placed your order 3 days ago and are shitting your pants because it hasn't shown up yet, DO NOT EMAIL US. Please read the Shipping Info as this will cover most of your questions and ESTIMATED time frames. However if your order has not arrived within a month then definitely get in touch.
- If you're looking for a specific release that we don't carry and you think we should, by all means let us know about it so we can look into it.
- If you are in a band or run a record label and would like us to carry your releases please send a sample to the address listed above. Also feel free to email us a list of your releases, descriptions, and your wholesale rates.
- We love to trade Surprise Attack releases for yours so if that is of interest let me know! No, we do not have the time to check out your mp3s, don't be lazy. We'll even carry your bands demo if it's good.

- We will try to answer questions as soon as we can, sometimes it can take a day or two to respond. We will address everything in the order that it arrives.
